Ben Anim-Antwi is a creative thinker who strongly believes in the empowerment of young people and the development of Africa through Diaspora engagement.
A natural leader with exceptional, communication, interpersonal, change management, and service delivery skills. Ben has experience in preparing effective briefs at the highest levels with a varied and substantial career in central and local government which has given him the tools for leadership and policy influence.
He is a founding member of Future of Ghana Ltd, a non-profit organisation connecting talented young people in Ghana & abroad to support its development and their communities globally His selection as a Diaspora Changemaker in 2014 by the RSA (Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce) and Comic Relief highlighted his leadership and passion to create opportunities for young people in his local community and on the continent. His passion for young people and education led him to take up the role of Enterprise Advisor for the Mayor of London enterprise network in September 2019, working in schools with their careers leaders/ senior leadership team to increase business engagement so that more young people are having encounters with employers.
Ben holds a BA (Hons) degree in Law & Politics and is an accomplished writer, having contributed to local and national publications/outlets such as the Brent & Kilburn Times, BBC Radio London, and The Voice Newspaper.
